One day, two very talented Chefs, who just happen to be husband & wife, decided they worked long enough for the company's corporate suits telling them what they can cook. These suits cared more about saving money than quality. After 10 loyal years, the two Chefs finally had enough. With their heads held high & their Chef knives in hand, they decided it was time to go out on their own.
The two Chefs made a promise, they will only cook using the freshest, local ingredients, create an ever-evolving menu & use their God given talents to prepare food the way it should be done. They joined together with some amazing people with the same beliefs, the same strong work ethic, the same passion for great food & service & FIRE TO TABLE by FAT BOYS was born.
